Over the past 15 years the Charity Golf Classic held by the former CEP, and Unifor the past 4 years, has brought together members, sponsors, volunteers and employers from across the Region and our Union. Together, we have raised over $441,000.00 for the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Canada, a noteworthy accomplishment.

Unifor’s 5th Annual Ontario Region Charity Golf Classic,
which will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Granite Ridge Golf and Country Club in Milton, Ontario.

The proceeds from the Charity Golf Classic, will again be donated to the Spina Bifida Association. Spina Bifida is the number one disabling birth defect in Canada. UNIFOR is committed to doing all it can to raise charitable donations to help the many Canadians who suffer from Spina Bifida. As well, this event is an opportunity to make friends, to build solidarity, maintain our profile on the national level, and to show our support for a worthy cause.

UNIFOR Local 72M will once again sponsor members in good standing who have registered to golf by the date of May 18th, 2018 to the sum of $600.00 to be split between all members who show proof of registration by this date.
